Jude Anselmo is a proud mother of two grown daughters (one of whom is Melissa) and an even prouder grandmother of five. Jude started her career as an auditor with Plaquemines Parish government. When the entrepreneurial spirit kicked in, she opened and operated her own successful retail business. After 8 years, she made the decision to leave retail and she joined the corporate world in the financial arena. Jude spent almost ten years with Ernst & Young, one of the Big 4 accounting firms until she was recruited to join a rapidly expanding landscape company. Over the next 14 years, she served as CAO and was later promoted to CFO. During this time, she was able to assist with a complete financial and internal restructuring of the company and as well as expanding operations. She gained real life experiences navigating some of the major hurdles many business owners face. In 2019, Jude joined her daughter as a partner in Beyond HR bringing with her a wealth of knowledge regarding financial practice and general business experience. Due to the “virtual” nature of Beyond HR's service offerings, Jude gets to enjoy one of her favorite things and travels regularly. Jude or “Momma Jude” as many so affectionately call her has a special skill for cutting through the bull and getting straight to the root of the issue at hand. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, experiencing new places as well as spending quality time with her kids and grandkids.
