Melissa Welch is a devoted wife and loving mother to two beautiful children, Logan and Layla. After transitioning from a full-time HR Director to a stay at home mom (who continued to help her husband and other family members with their business), Melissa found herself wanting to get back into the business world. In 2016, she created Beyond HR to fill the void she discovered in the market for small to medium-sized business owners; providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to grow while saving them from spending a fortune on overhead costs. While Melissa provides the expertise and professionalism needed to best serve her clients, she also offers a down to earth and relatable perspective. Melissa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is a Certified Professional Bookkeeper/Quickbooks Certified Pro-Advisor. In addition, she is also double certified in Human Resources Management, holding both a PHR and SHRM-CP certification. Melissa prides herself on treating each and every client like a member of the family and providing them with the best service for the best price. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, movies, and spending time with her family.
